Michael Thibault

Iron Workers Local Union # 8, Upper Peninsula

Michael Thibault graduated from Big Bay de Noc High School in Garden, MI in 1967.

In 1969 Mr. Thibault joined Iron Workers Local Union #783 four-year apprenticeship program. He served as J.A.T.C. member, Executive Board member and Recording Secretary of Iron Workers Local Union #783.

Presently Mr. Thibault is the Business Representative of Iron Workers Local #8, Upper Peninsula, Trustee for the Fringe Funds of Iron Workers Local #8 and J.A.T.C. Committee member for Iron Workers Local #8.

He is also the President of the Upper Peninsula Building Trades Council, Executive Board member of the Marquette County Labor Council and the Labor Co-chairman of the U.P. Construction Council.
